Refund policy

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn’t right, we offer exchanges under the conditions below.

1. Exchange Window

You may request an exchange within 7 days of the delivery date.

2. Eligibility Conditions

To qualify for an exchange:

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • All original tags and original packaging must be intact

  • Item must be returned clean, not altered, and not damaged by the customer

  • Proof of purchase (order number/receipt) is required

All returns/exchanges are subject to inspection upon receipt. Items that do not meet the above conditions will not be accepted.

3. What We Accept

  • Size exchange (subject to stock availability)

  • Exchange for another item of equal value (where size is unavailable)

  • Where the replacement item is higher value, you can pay the difference.

4. What We Don’t Accept (Non-Returnable Items)

Except where the item is faulty/incorrect:

  • Items marked “Final Sale” / discounted clearance items (if applicable)

  • Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery

  • Items returned without tags/packaging

  • Personal Items E.g. Boxer shorts, Briefs, Singlets, Inner T-shirts etc.

5. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is wrong, damaged on arrival, or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos/video evidence

  • Description of the issue

Where verified, we will arrange a replacement or an appropriate resolution. This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

6. Delivery Costs for Exchanges

  • Customers are responsible for the delivery cost for exchanges (both return shipping to us and re-delivery), except where the item is confirmed faulty/incorrect/damaged on arrival.

7. How to Request an Exchange

  • Order number

  • Item name/size

  • Requested exchange (size or alternative item)

  • Delivery address and phone number

We’ll respond with next steps and the return address/pickup option.

8. Processing Time

Once we receive and inspect the item, we typically process exchanges within [2–5] business days, subject to stock availability and delivery timelines.
