This Shipping Policy explains how House of Shirts (“we,” “us,” “our”) processes and delivers orders placed on our website.
1) Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after order confirmation/payment verification.

Processing may take longer during promotions, holidays, high-volume periods, or due to operational constraints.
2) Delivery Coverage
We currently deliver within Nigeria. If international delivery becomes available, we will update this page.
3) Estimated Delivery Timelines (Nigeria)
Delivery timelines are estimates and depend on courier performance, weather, access, and location.

Lagos (Mainland & Island): 1–2 business days

Other States within Nigeria (e.g., Abuja, Port Harcourt, Ibadan, Kano): 2–5 business days

Remote locations: 3–7 business days
If you need an order urgently, contact us before placing your order and we’ll advise the fastest option available.
4) Delivery Fees

Delivery fees (if applicable) are displayed at checkout or communicated before dispatch.

Delivery fees are non-refundable once dispatch has occurred, except where required by applicable law or where the issue is caused by us.
5) Order Tracking
Where tracking is available, we will share tracking details via email/WhatsApp/SMS after dispatch.
6) Address & Delivery Instructions
Customers are responsible for providing:

A complete delivery address (including estate name, landmarks, and gate/entry instructions where applicable)

A reachable phone number
Incomplete or incorrect addresses may cause delays, additional charges, or cancellation.
7) Delivery Attempts, Failed Delivery & Re-dispatch
If the courier is unable to deliver (for example: unreachable phone number, incorrect address, customer unavailable), the order may be:

Returned to the courier hub, and/or
-
Returned to us
A re-dispatch fee will apply for second delivery attempts.
8) Cash on Delivery (COD) Rules (If Available)
If COD is offered for your location:

Payment must be made in full at the point of delivery before the item is released.

If payment cannot be confirmed at delivery, the courier may return the package.

Re-dispatch fees may apply.
9) Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to change your address or order details, contact us immediately after placing the order.

Once an order is dispatched, we may be unable to modify or cancel it.
10) Delivery Delays (Outside Our Control)
We are not liable for delays caused by events outside our control, including courier disruptions, traffic restrictions, weather, public holidays, or security events.
