Welcome to House of Shirts (“House of Shirts,” “we,” “us,” “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website and services, including placing orders through our Shopify-powered store (the “Site”). By visiting, browsing, or purchasing from our Site, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

By using the Site, you confirm you are at least 18 years old (or using the Site under the supervision of a parent/guardian).

2. Orders and Acceptance

  • Placing an order is an offer to purchase.

  • We may accept, reject, or cancel orders at our discretion (for example, due to stock availability, payment issues, suspected fraud, or address verification).

  • Once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive an order confirmation message/email.

3. Product Information

We aim to display product descriptions and photos as accurately as possible. However:

  • Colors may vary by device screen settings.

  • Minor differences in packaging or labeling may occur.

  • Measurements may have slight tolerances.

4. Pricing

  • Prices are shown in NGN unless stated otherwise.

  • Prices may change without notice, but changes won’t affect orders already confirmed.

  • Where applicable, delivery fees will be shown at checkout or communicated before fulfillment.

5. Payments

We may offer one or more payment methods such as card payment, bank transfer, and/or Cash on Delivery (COD).

  • For COD, you agree to pay the full amount upon delivery before release of items (where COD is used).

  • For bank transfers, orders may be processed only after payment confirmation.

6. Delivery and Risk

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, location, weather, or other events outside our control.

  • Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery confirmation to your provided address (or agreed pickup point).

7. Returns, Exchanges, and Repairs

Returns/exchanges are governed by our Return & Exchange Policy. If there is any conflict between these Terms and the Return Policy, the Return Policy applies to returns/exchanges.

8. Promotions and Discounts

Promotions may have specific terms (duration, eligible products, minimum spend). We may modify or end promotions at any time.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site (logos, branding, text, images, product photos, graphics) belongs to House of Shirts or our licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

10. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site for unlawful purposes,

  • Attempt to interfere with Site security or functionality,

  • Submit false or misleading information,

  • Engage in fraud or abuse of returns, refunds, promotions, or COD.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site and products are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, House of Shirts will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site or products. Our maximum liability (where permitted) will not exceed the amount paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

13. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold House of Shirts harmless from claims, damages, and expenses arising from your misuse of the Site or breach of these Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and disputes will be handled in the courts of Lagos, Nigeria, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will reflect changes. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
